  Getting Started with us
There are two ways that a person can get started at our studio. One is through Group Mat Class and the other is through Private Lessons.
To begin participating in the Group Mat Class, you must first attend one of our introductory classes. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can schedule a minimum of 1 private mat sessions (preferably 2) with a trainer.
Our new Private clients first session is an introductory session where issues, challenges and goals are discussed. You will also be introduced to the 5 Basic Principals of Pilates, learn a little about the history of Pilates and then begin with some basic exercises.
